1 London Broil
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp liquid smoke (hickory OR mesquite)
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cola
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (any flavor)

Spray inside of 4 - 5 qt crock pot with cooking spray. Mix brown sugar, salt, pepper, liquid smoke & garlic in small bowl. Rub mixture into meat. Place ribs into crock pot and cover with onions. Pour cola around meat. Cover & cook on LOW heat setting 8 - 9 hours or until tender. Drain & discard liquid (saving meat & onion mixture). Use 2 forks to shred the meat apart. Add your favorite BBQ sauce and mix until well blended. Cover & cook an additional 30 minutes to 1 hr.

I use a Diet Dr Pepper for the cola, but any cola works. This is one of my family's favorites and is GREAT for Super Bowl Parties. You can serve on buns or as a dish with potato salad & baked beans.
