6 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar, salt, the cooled milk and lemon extract. Mix thoroughly and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place the baking dish in a pan of water that will come halfway up the sides. Bake at 325º for 50 to 60 minutes.
