6 Minute Steaks
2 Stalks Celery (Chopped fine)
1 Small Onion (Chopped fine)

Sauce:
1 Can Tomato Soup (Spanish Style)
1 (4 oz.) Can Button Mushrooms
1/2 C Burgundy Wine
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C Water
1 T Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pound out or press out minute steaks; place a small amount of celery and onion on each steak. Roll each and tie with string. Brown in 1 T fat with a dash of onion salt.

Simmer sauce for 15 minutes. Pour over steaks in baking dish and cover. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Add water if liquid cooks down.
