1 C all purpose flour
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C butter or margarine, softened
1/4 C water
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 large egg
Chocolate cream frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º Beat all ingredients in bowl with electric mixer on low speed about 30 seconds.Scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Drop rounded tsp size balls on greased cookie sheet or parchment paper. Bake 30-35 min until cookie springs back to the touch. Cool completely and frost with chocolate frosting. Approx. 2-3 doz.
