6 - 8 potatoes
1 onion cubed
1 cube margarine
3/4 c. sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 6-8 potatoes. Cook and then cube. Cook onion in butter until tender. Add 3/4 cup sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all of the above together and put into a casserole dish. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
