2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1-oz bottle red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla

In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Beat in sugars until smooth. Add eggs, food coloring, and vanilla; beat just until combined. Add flour mixture, beat just until combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of dough and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still slightly soft. Cool completely. Frost cooled cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate sprinkles.
