1 lb. ground hamburger fried w/ chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. cooked rice
12 oz. Velveeta cubed
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix celery soup and milk together and add all ingredients to pan. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. You may need to add more milk to get desired thickness.
