32 oz sharp cheddar, grated. Room temp
2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. minced onion
2/3 c mayo
Mix and divide in half.

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz goat cheese
2/3 c. chutney
1 t. cayenne

2-8oz cream cheese soft
2/3 c. thawed spinach, squeezed dry, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1 t. garlic
1 t. salt
1 tsp herb (basil, thyme?)
Directions:
Directions:
2 1/2 qt flat, straight sided dish, line with saran or parchment
Add 1/2 cheddar mixture and spread in dish, chill

Blend cream and goat cheese mixture. Spread over chilled cheddar mix.

Mix cream cheese, bacon, and other ingredients.
Spread over dish mix.
Top with remaining cheddar mixture.

Cover and chill. Can freeze.

Unmold and serve with cracker and crudités
