1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp mustard
2 eggs well beaten
1 cup salad dressing
4 cups cubed cooked potatoes
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
1 T. minced onion
1 T. chopped green pepper

On the back of this recipe card in my gramma's box, had instructions for 6 quarts of salad.
1 cup each vinegar, water and sugar
1 T. mustard (or more)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
5 eggs
1 qt. salad dressing
Add cornstarch if necessary for thickening
Toss with 10 lb diced potatoes
6 hard cooked eggs chopped
2 cups cucumbers
1/2 cup each onion and green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, gradually beat in well beaten eggs. Cook; stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Beat in salad dressing.
Toss remainder of ingredients together and pour dressing over. Mix.
