Crust:
2 sticks margarine (1 cup)
2 cups flour
3 T. sugar
Filling:
1 cup sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
5-7 apples
2 large or 3 small vanilla pudding
5 cups milk
Top:
1 large container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust and press on bottom of 10X15 pan. Cut apples in slices and lay in rows on crust. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over apples. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes more. Cook pudding with milk until boiling. Let stand 5 minutes and pour over apples. Refrigerate over night. Spread cool whip over before serving.
