Directions:
In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce. Beat until smooth. Stir in crab meat and onion.
To fill Wontons, position Wonton skin with one point toward you. Spoon 1 tsp. of filling just off center onto skin. Fold bottom point of Wonton over filling, tucking the point under the filling. Roll once to cover filling, leaving about 1 inch unrolled at top of skin. Moisten one side of skin with water. Group each side of skin; bring together and overlap. Press firmly to seal. Repeat with remaining skins and filling.
Fry Wontons, a few at a time, in deep hot oil (365º) for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towel.
