2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) unsweetened mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups uncooked cauliflowerets
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups bite-size pieces spinach (about 2 ounces) Orange Blossom Dressing (see below)
1 can (14 ounces) evaporated skim milk
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrated thawed.

Directions:

Toss orange segments, cauliflowerets, green pepper, spinach. Add 1/2 cup salad dressing and mix.
DRESSING: Place milk, and orange juice in a jar. Cover and shake until blended.
