2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 golden delicious apple, peeled and diced
8 oz. raspberries
1 lb. strawberries
2 T. white sugar (or less)
1 T. brown sugar
3 T. fruit preserves (any flavor)
10 flour tortillas (10 inches)
2 c. cinnamon sugar

butter flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, sugars and fruit preserves. Cover and chill 15 minutes.

Spray coat one side of each flour tortilla with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle each wedge with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Spray lightly again with cooking spray. Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving with fruit salsa.
