1/2 lb tofu, drained
1 medium avocado, peeled, mashed
2 Tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped onion
4 drops Tabasco
Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir tofu to break up the curd. Next, add avocado, cayenne pepper. Mix well

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dip.
