3 3/4 c sifted flour
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 c buttermilk
1 egg
1 tbs butter
3/4 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together and add raisins. Mix buttermilk, egg and butter then add to flour. Blend thoroughly and spread into well greased 9-11" pie pan or skillet.
Bake in 350ºF for 45-50 mins

*Done when knife inserted in center comes out clean. Gene liked this with butter and jam on it.
