4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp.. nutmeg
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple - drained
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp.baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In large bowl, mix oil, eggs, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend in zucchini and pineapple. Stir flour mixture in. Pour batter into 2 - 9X5 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

My mom and gramma always put pineapple in their zucchini bread. I am not sure where this recipe originated, the Goodman-Bigley side or the Dingman-Drabert side.
