1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 c corn meal
3 eggs (separated)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt & corn meal together. Then add the egg YOLKS.
Melt 1 stick butter and slightly cool. Then add to the batter.
Beat egg whites until stiff. FOLD into the batter.
Line 9" cake pan with parchment paper
Bake at 375 for 40-45 mins. Abt 40 mins check for doneness.
