6 oz bleu cheese
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 drops tobasco

Directions:
Coat steak with above mixture. Broil in spray coated pan. Crush 1-2 cloves garlic and arrange so steak drippings mix with the garlic. Spoon drippings over steak.
