Sauce (Secret)
Hickory chips
Apple juice
Gas grill

Directions:
Buy good Baby Back ribs, (Hormel IE.) strip skin off back, or slice the membrane. Put ribs in large pot, cover with Apple Juice and cover with aluminum foil, place in fridge over night. Next day, add 1 cup B B Q Sauce, Bring to a boil, rolling simmer for at least 1 hour.
Let rest. 1 hour prior to eating, place on grill with Hickory chips smoldering below till smoke quits. Let them rest. 15 minutes before eating, place back on grill, slathering with sauce on both sides, DO NOT BURNŠ
