Meat Sauce:
1-1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1/3 cup of fine chopped onion
2 tablespoons of garlic salt
1/4 tablespoons of pepper
1 (28oz. can) of whole peeled tomatoes
1 (12oz. can) of tomato paste

1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 (12oz.) package of shredded Mozzarella cheese 4 tablespoons of Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 box of Lasagna Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Meat Sauce: Brown ground beef in skillet and add the chopped onions to it. Mix all the other ingredients in a large pan and then add ground beef and onions to it after they are browned. Let the sauce come to a boil. Then, turn it down to low heat and let it simmer for an hour.

Filling for Lasagna noodles: Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Set aside until Lasagna noodles are cooked and drained.

Lasagna Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles according to the directions on the box. Put lasagna noodles in strainer and run cold water over them. Lay noodles out on waxed paper. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop1 full scoop of filling into the middle of each noodle. Then, spread filling out on each noodle with a knife. Then, turn noodle in one inch from edge and roll up. Add enough sauce to cover bottom pan. Next, place each noodle in the pan with the seam on the bottom in the sauce. Once pan is full of lasagna noodle rolls add more sauce on top. Lastly, add the 1/3 cup of hot water to the pan.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until sauce bubbles in the center of the dish.

I always add a small bottle of Ragu © with meat sauce on top of the lasagna pan before baking. I always also have another bottle of Ragu © with hamburger in a crockpot. This way everyone can add extra sauce to their plate!
