Cookies:
2 beaten eggs
1 cups of sugar
1 cup of pumpkin
1/2 cup of Crisco shortening
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 12oz. package of chocolate chips

Icing:
1/4 cup of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pound of powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cookie: Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin and shortening together. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Add chocolate chips and stir. Drop by the tablespoon on to the cookie sheet.

Bake 8-12 minutes at 375º.

Icing: Heat margarine until melted, remove from heat, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Then, add milk until right consistency.
