Ingredients:
2 C warm water
4 C All-purpose flour
1 tsp sugar
1 T yeast (quick-rising yeast)
3 T vegetable oil
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add flour, make a well and add all of the dry ingredients; then, mix the oil and water and pour into flour mixture; stir with large wooden spoon until well mixed.

Oil pizza pans (stoneware works best) divide dough into two parts; spread on pans; add pizza sauce, toppings and cheese.

Let rise a few minutes before putting into the oven and then bake 400 degrees.

I like to bake the crust a little before I add ingredients and then put back into oven with all of the ingredients and back. This makes a crispier crust.
