1 Pit ham, bone out
whole cloves
Brown sugar
honey

Directions:
Directions:
Cross hatch ham. Insert whole cloves. Pack with brown sugar. Pour honey on top. Put water in bottom of pan. Bake at 250º covered for 3 1/2 hours, uncovered for 1/2 hour. Thicken juice with cornstarch for a nice gravy. Can add cherry juice for extra flavor.
