3 or 4 TBSP Crisco
1 small chopped onion
½ tsp salt
2 TBSP diced green peppers
1/3 cup grated carrot
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
2 cups chopped, cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, pepper, and carrots in melted fat. Add potatoes and brown. Add seasonings and milk. Cover and fry slowly without stirring for 15 minutes. Stir and cook 5 minutes longer.
