3 cups sifted flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 TBLS each grated orange & lemon rind
5 eggs
¾ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and grated rinds. Add eggs, one at a time. Alternate flour mixture with milk. Turn into tube pan. Bake in 350 degree over for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 2 minutes. Pour hot glaze over hot cake. Let stand until cake is cold. Loosen around tube and edges and turn out.

Glaze:
½ cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup orange juice
1 TBLS each grated orange and lemon rind, stirring until sugar dissolves.
