2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup Steen's Pure Cane Syrup
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift and measure flour, sift again with salt, soda and spices.
Put ALL ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat at low speed for about 1 minute, then beat at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
Pour batter into a 13x9 pan that has been sprayed with Pam baking spray.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes
