Dissolve 1 TBLS gelatin in ¼ cup cold water
2 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
¾ cup milk
1-1/4 pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 envelope dream whip
½ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, softened gelatin, milk, egg yolks, spices, salt. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool.

Beat egg whites until stiff and add vanilla. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Fold in Dream Whip.
