2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, rolled very fine.
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 - 3/4 cup bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Add corn syrup and bourbon and mix thoroughly.
This will be very stiff and is best mixed with an electric mixer.
When completely blended it will be somewhat like fudge in texture. Roll into 1-inch balls and dust with powdered sugar. These keep well if stored in a closed jar. (these age well)
