1/2 c butter softened
1 c sugar
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 tsp brandy extract
1 1/2 c cake flour
1/2 c ground pecans
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 3/4 c chocolate mini baking bits
36 pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add egg and brandy extract. Combine flour, ground pecans and nutmeg; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in baking bits. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Top each with 1 pecan half. Bake 10-11 mins till edges turn light golden. Cool 1 min on cookie sheets.
