4 cups chopped apples
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup raisins
2 cups sugar
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
3/4 cup war mashed potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 tbsp. powdered chocolate
4 eggs
2 squares melted Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 cup finely chopped nuts
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter and cream with sugar until fluffy. Sift flour and powdered chocolate together. Add warm potatoes, eggs, flour/chocolate mixture to butter/sugar. Mix well and add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased bundt or angel cake pan. Bake at 325 º for one hour (test with toothpick before removing from oven).

Frost with coffee-fudge frosting.
