1 large package frozen peas 5 slices bacon 1/2 cup sour cream 3 small green onions chipped
Open peas and set in colander to thaw. Make sure moisture is out of peas. Fry bacon crisp, then crumble. Use 2 tbsp bacon drippings. Put just enough sour cream in with peas to hold together firmly. Pour bacon drippings over peas and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
