1/2 sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
4 egg yolks (beaten)
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar salt and flour in a medium saucepan.Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until it boils, boil 1 min. Remove from heat. Stir 1/2 mixture into the egg yolks beaten well. Blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Bring just to boiling point. Cool, blend in vanilla.
