1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
4 EGGS
4 OZ APRICOT NECTAR
4 OZ OIL
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE

GLAZE:1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
LEMON JUICE

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT EGGS UNTIL LEMONY ADD THE NECTAR, OIL AND LEMON JUICE. BLEND WELL AND ADD CAKE MIX. BEAT FOR 2 MINUTES. POUR INTO A SPRAYED TUBE PAN. BAKE AT 325º FOR 1 HR.
WHILE CAKE IS WARM PUNCH HOLES IN IT WITH A FORK. MIX JUST ENOUGH LEMON JUICE IN THE POWDERED SUGAR TO MAKE A THIN GLAZE. POUR OVER THE CAKE WHILE IT'S STILL IN THE PAN. AFTER IT COOLS. TURN OUT ONTO A CAKE PLATE.
