31/2 cups pecan pieces, 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup powdered sugar, 3/4 cup butter, cubed, 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar,1/2 cup honey, 2/3 cup butter, 3 Tbs. whipping cream

Preheat oven at 350º. Line bottom and sides of 9/13 pan with heavy aluminum foil allowing 2-3 inches to extend over sides. Lightly grease foil
Bake pecans in single layer in a shallow pan 8-10 min until lightly toasted and fragrant stirring halfway through.

Pulse flour,powdered sugar and 3/4 cup butter in food processor 5-6 times until mixture resembles coarse meal. Press mixture on bottom and 3/4 inch up sides of prepared pan.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Cool completely on wire rack about 15 minutes.

Bring brown sugar and next 3 ingredients to a boil over med high heat. Stir in pecans and spoon hot filling into crust.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Cool completely and lift out using foil sides as handles and cut into squares.
