3/4 c butter softened
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 c flour

Filling:
1 (10oz) pkg vanilla baking chips
1 (8oz) pkg softened cream cheese
1 (20oz) can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c whipping cream
1 pt fresh, sliced strawberries
2 kiwi fruit, sliced

Glaze:
3T sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Gradually add flour. Mix well. Bake at 300º F for 25-30 mins or until lightly browned. Cool.
In mixing bowl, beat chips and cream. Add cream cheese & beat until smooth. spread over crust. Chill 30 mins. Drain pineapple reserving 1/2 c juice - set aside.
Arrange fruit over filling. In a sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 2 mins or until thicker stirring constantly. Cool. Brush over fruit. Chill 1 hour before serving.
