2 (8 1/2 oz) cans crescents roll dough
2 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 lemon, juice of, drained or 1 (6oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 egg white, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Roll out one can of crescent rolls in bottom of greased 13x9 pan
3. Mix soft cream cheese with sugar and vanilla
4. Spread onto crescent rolls, then add pineapple or lemon juice
5. Top with second can of crescent rolls
6. Brush with egg white
7. Bake for 30 minutes
