2 cups of Cooked rice
1 stick of butter
2 packages of frozen broccoli- thaw & drain, do not cook
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan
Saute onion, celery, green pepper in sauce pan.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish, cover with foil and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
