10 lbs potatoes
1 regular jar of mayonnaise
1 regular bottle of mustard
1 small onion diced in food processor
1 dozen eggs
1 tablespoon of vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine jar of mayonnaise, bottle of yellow mustard, vinegar and diced onion from food processor.
Boil potatoes with skin left on until you can cut through with a knife. Boil eggs until the eggs are spinning.
Let potatoes and eggs cool for 45 minutes then peel and cut into medium size pieces. Add salt & pepper to taste if needed.
Combine all ingredients and chill.

Everybody loved Grandma Caroline's potato salad. I am not sure that it will ever be exactly the same without her making it but this is her recipe. Enjoy!
