3 CUPS MASHED SWEET POTATOES
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP OLEO
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA

TOPPING:
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP OLEO, PARTIALLY SOFT
1/2 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

Directions:
Directions:
MIX FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS WELL AND PLACE IN A SPRAYED CASSEROLE DISH. MIX THE TOPPING INGREDIENTS BY CRUMBLING TOGETHER. PLACE ON TOP IF SWEET POTATO MIXTURE AND BAKE AT 375º FOR 30 MINUTES.
