3lb Chuck Roast
1 Onion, sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Bay Leaf
4 Beef Bouillon Cubes crushed
1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
1/2 cup of Red Wine (not cooking wine)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Rub the chuck roast with salt and pepper. Sear it in a skillet with olive oil. In a slow cooker, place the roast, on top place each of the ingredients, pour the wine over the roast, and add enough water to cover the top of the roast. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
