1 dozen eggs- beaten
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 1/3 cup milk
1 lb. link sausage- browned
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms- drained
Slices of bread to cover bottom of casserole dish- remove crust
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup green bell peppers- chopped
1 bunch green onions- chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cooked sausage into 1" pieces. Line buttered casserole with bread slices. Cover with sausage and grated cheese. Beat eggs, mustard, 1 1/3 c. milk, onion, and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, dilute soup with 1/4 c. milk and add mushrooms. Pour on top of casserole. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hour at 300'-325'.
