2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c margarine
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 c sugar
3/4 c buttermilk
1 c mashed ripe banana
1/2 c nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine, add eggs and beat. Add buttermilk, then banana, vanilla, cream together.Then add sifted flour, soda, baking powder, salt and nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Worlds best cream cheese frosting. Cream together 1 block cream cheese and I cube butter. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 2 cups powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy. Yummy!
