1 lb Bow tie Pasta
1 bunch fresh Asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 stick of butter, cut into pats
1 cup grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Lemon Pepper (very important!)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to boil according to the directions on the pasta box. Add the Bow ties and cook until 3 minutes from cooking length and add the asparagus. Finish cooking time and drain pasta and asparagus in colander. Put pasta mixture in a large bowl and toss with butter. Finally top with cheese and pepper and toss again. Serve with more freshly grated Parmesan!

It doesn't get much easier than this recipe and it is so delicious! It is great as a side dish with all sorts of grilled meats but I have also purchased rotisserie cooked chickens and added meat from them to this and then it's a meal in a dish. I have served this to friends and family for many years now and nobody can believe how easy and simple it is. The key is in the Lemon Pepper. It adds just the right amount of zip. I've made it without and it just was a bit flat!
