10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 egg, beaten
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
6 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to pkg. directions. Drain well and cool. Combine spinach, egg and 1 tbsp. Parmesan. Set aside.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Roll each in bread crumbs. Place in greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Top each breast with 1 heaping T. of spinach mixture. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Top with remainder Parmesan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
