2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
4 c. grated cheddar cheese
One 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
1 medium onion
2 tsp. The Lady's House Seasoning*

Combine the following:
1 c. salt
1/4 c. black pepper
1/4 c. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, 2 c of cheddar cheese, the soup, sour cream, butter, onion and House Seasoning.
Place in a buttered 13x9x2 pan and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.

You may top the casserole with 2 c of crushed Ritz crackers and 1/2 c melted butter instead of the cheese.
