8 oz. Bow Tie Pasta,
3/4 lb. Italian Sausage,
2 medium red bell peppers, cut in 3/4-inch pieces,
1/2 C. vegetable or beef broth,
1/4 tsp. pepper, coarsely crushed,
1/4 C. parsley, snipped

Directions:
Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile, cut the sausage into 1 inch pieces. In a large skillet cook sausage and peppers over medium high heat till sausage is browned. Drain off fat. Add the broth and black pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered for 5 min. Remove from heat. When pasta is cooked drain and toss with sausage mixture and parsley.
