3/4 c butter or margarine, softened
2 1/4 c sugar
4 eggs
2 1/4 c flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
3/4 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp lemon extract
Powdered sugar (optional)
Lemon slices & grated peel (optional)
mint (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Combine flour and soda. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour. Mix just until blended after each addition. Stir in flavoring.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from pan, let cool completely on wire rack. If desired sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with grated lemon peel, slices, and mint.
