1 cup tahini (sesame paste)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
3 lemons (juiced)
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
2 bunches of parsley (finely chopped)
Water to add a little at a time

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, add tahini, garlic, salt, water and lemon juice. Stir well until the sauce turns smooth and creamy. Add additional water if needed to loosen the sauce. Add the parsley and mix in. Serve in a deep serving plate. (used as a side dip or drizzle on top of fried fish and chicken).
