"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Mix all marinade ingredients. Put chicken pieces in a baking pan skin side down. Pour marinade over the top and bake in oven @ 375º for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over, skin side up and bake an additional 30 minutes.

Alternate method of preparation. Mix marinade together and put it and chicken in a one gallon zip lock. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cook on grill as you would any BBQ chicken turning often so that outside doesn't burn and inside gets done!
