1 14-16oz can of Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped.
Mash the base.
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
2-3 cloves Garlic, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop artichokes. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put into an ovenproof baking dish. Bake @ 350º for 35-45 minutes, until bubbly and top is lightly browned.

Serve with triscuit crackers.
